School may be out, but Denville families have a creative spot to drop the kids off this Memorial Day weekend.

The All Children’s Art Center of New Jersey is opening its Denville studio for a one-day Memorial Day Weekend Camp on Friday, May 22, 2026. The camp is built for kids ages 3 to 16 and packs the day with hands-on activities, including splatter paint, laser tag, games, slime, and other creative projects led by ACACNJ’s instructors.

The studio sits at 424 W Main Street in Denville, just minutes from downtown.

Flexible Scheduling for Working Parents

ACACNJ is offering three schedule options so parents can match the day to their work schedule:

  • 4 hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • 6 hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • 8 hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Before Care and After Care are also available for families who need extra coverage on either end of the day.

What Campers Will Do

The day is built around creativity and play, not finished products. Campers can expect splatter paint sessions, laser tag, slime-making, group games, and a rotation of art and movement activities throughout the day. With the wide 3 to 16 age range, ACACNJ groups activities to keep both the little kids and the older crew engaged.

ACACNJ is a nonprofit that has been running creative programs across Denville, Boonton, and Bound Brook for years, and is known locally for low-pressure, all-arts-in-one-place programming.

How to Register

Registration is online at www.acacnj.org. Spots are first-come, first-served and tend to move quickly for one-day camps around holiday weekends, so families who want a specific time block should sign up sooner rather than later.

Questions can go to ACACNJ directly at (908) 753-6243 or info@acacnj.org.
