The Morris County Tourism Bureau will hold its first Morris County Harvest Table: Oktoberfest on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026, with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Culinary Science at County College of Morris in Randolph.
The farm-to-table dinner is built around Morris County agriculture. Culinary students at the college will prepare an Oktoberfest-inspired menu using ingredients sourced from farms across the county, and guests will eat in the culinary center that opened on the Randolph campus in March 2026.
The county describes the evening as a way to connect local farms with culinary education, hospitality and tourism. Guests will be able to meet the people behind the county’s agricultural community and learn about farm markets, orchards and other agritourism destinations. For the students, the night doubles as hands-on experience cooking and serving a full menu in a professional setting.
The event is presented in partnership with County College of Morris and its culinary program. Additional support comes from New Jersey Highlands Council grant funding awarded to Randolph Township for programs that promote local agriculture, community assets and visitor experiences in the Highlands region.
Tickets are $125 per person. Sponsorships range from $250 for eligible nonprofit organizations up to $5,000 for a Platinum package. Tickets and sponsorship details are available on the event registration page.
Proceeds support the Morris County Tourism Bureau, which promotes the county’s historic, cultural, agricultural, recreational and culinary attractions.
The Center for Entrepreneurship and Culinary Science is at 214 Center Grove Road in Randolph, near Parking Lot 6.
