The Denville Police Department is hiring a part-time parking enforcement officer in Morris County, with applications open until the role is filled.

The position runs up to 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule and pays $22.00 per hour. Saturday shifts are required and paid at time and a half.

Candidates need a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. The department is also looking for someone who can de-escalate situations and interact positively with the public. Applicants must have no prior criminal convictions.

The parking enforcement officer works within the department’s Special Services Bureau, which oversees traffic safety and the enforcement of parking ordinances in Denville’s central business district.
