The Denville PBA Local 142 is bringing back a festive community tradition with its 3rd Annual “You’ve Been Egged” fundraiser, giving residents a fun way to celebrate the Easter season while supporting local programs.
The event allows Denville residents to surprise friends, neighbors, or family members with a yard full of candy filled eggs delivered by Denville police officers the evening before Easter.
Participants can choose between two options: two dozen eggs for $25 or four dozen eggs for $45. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Denville PBA and help support community programs and local initiatives.
Residents can sign up by completing a Google Form and submitting payment through Venmo to @Denvillepba142. A QR code has been provided on the event flyer for easy registration.
The egg deliveries will take place Saturday evening, April 4, and the fundraiser is open to Denville residents only. Organizers note that spots tend to fill quickly each year.
Registration for the event closes March 25. For more information, residents can visit the Denville PBA Local 142 social media pages or email vfischer@denvillepolice.org.
