Olive Lisa, a female-owned shop specializing in fine olive oils and balsamic vinegars, will celebrate the grand opening of its new Downtown Denville store on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026, at 5 p.m. at 45 Broadway.

The business announced the date on its official Instagram account this week, inviting residents to come celebrate the new space. Olive Lisa first revealed its plans for a Denville location in September.

Denville is the second storefront for Olive Lisa, which opened its original shop on Sept. 1, 2023, at the Shoppes at Lafayette on Route 15 in Sussex County. According to the company’s website, the shop carries more than 80 flavors of premium olive oils and balsamics, along with pastas, including gluten-free options, sauces, spices, gourmet foods, housewares and gift sets.

The owner, Lisa, is a certified chef and a graduate of the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, according to the website. Her Lafayette shop also runs hands-on classes in handmade pasta, sourdough bread, charcuterie boards and more. The company has not yet posted class offerings or regular hours for the Denville store, so check its website and social accounts before visiting.

Some Denville shoppers may already know the brand. Olive Lisa has been a Sunday vendor at the Denville Farmers’ Market, which runs 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Bloomfield Avenue lot.

The opening lands a day before Pink Witches Night Out fills Broadway on Friday, Oct. 23, and ahead of the holiday shopping season, which kicks off locally with the Denville Makers’ Market on Nov. 1.
