Broadway will be closed to parking during Pink Witches Night Out on Friday, Oct. 23, 2026, and organizers are steering visitors to nearby lots and a shuttle from Riverview Elementary School, according to parking updates the event posted this week.
The breast cancer awareness fundraiser runs 5:30 to 10 p.m. in Downtown Denville. It was moved from Oct. 16 because of the weather, and admission remains free.
Where to park: Organizers list the Bloomfield lot, Gardner Field, the Denville Walgreens, First Avenue, Pocono Road, Diamond Spring Road and surrounding side streets as places where parking may be available.
Overflow shuttle: If downtown lots fill up, overflow parking opens at Riverview Elementary School after 6 p.m., with a shuttle running to and from town. Organizers ask drivers to head to Riverview only after 6 p.m. They also recommend arriving early, carpooling, using a rideshare or getting dropped off, since nearby spots fill quickly.
Tricky tray presale: For the first time, tricky tray tickets are being sold in advance so attendees can spend less time in line on the night of the event. Presale tickets are limited and available through the Kathy Olenowski Foundation website.
Atlantic Health is the event’s naming sponsor. Proceeds benefit the Kathy Olenowski Foundation, and Downtown Denville says this year’s event supports Michelle Haiduc-Dale and her three children. Over the past twelve years, the Denville community has raised more than $200,000 through the event to fight breast cancer, including more than $80,000 donated to local residents diagnosed with the disease, according to Atlantic Health’s event listing.
Families heading downtown for the night can also stop by Olive Lisa, the new olive oil shop at 45 Broadway, which celebrates its grand opening the evening before. For more on what is happening around town this month, see our guide to Halloween events in Denville.
