The Downtown Denville Business Improvement District (BID) has released its 2025 board meeting schedule. The meetings are open to the public, and they include an “open public comment” section. Board Work Sessions, also public, allow for discussion, though the Board Chair determines interaction levels.
All meetings will be held at Denville Town Hall at 7 PM on the following dates:

- February 27
- March 27
- April 24
- May 29
- June 26
- July 31
- August 28
- September 25
- October 30
- November TBD
- December TBD
Agendas and approved minutes will be posted online. Special meetings will be announced with 48 hours notice via the BID website, local newspaper, and social media.
