The Denville Township Police Department released its March 2026 Monthly Review, logging 3,204 calls for service, 60 motor vehicle crashes, 18 adult arrests, and 269 community policing events.
Officers also closed two cases. On March 23, Jason H. Perlett, 65, of Hackettstown was charged with second degree robbery after a Bank of America holdup at 125 East Main Street that netted roughly $6,000. Days earlier, on March 9, Detectives charged Kostas Markatos, 46, of the Bronx with third degree shoplifting tied to a 2023 CVS theft and incidents in six other jurisdictions.
