Code Ninjas Denville, the kids coding center at 3130 Route 10 West, has been named the Morris County winner of the 2026 Employer Recognition Award from the Workforce Development Board of Northwest New Jersey.
The award is presented by the board’s Disability Committee in honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, known as NDEAM. It recognizes businesses that stand out for hiring people with disabilities and for building workplaces where employees of every ability can thrive.
The board serves Morris, Sussex and Warren counties and selects one winner from each. DeBoer’s Auto was chosen in Sussex County, and Complete Care at Brakeley Park was chosen in Warren County.
The committee also recognized four other nominees for their inclusion efforts: Retro Fitness, Atlantic Health System, Chatham Hickory Cinema and Best Buy in Rockaway.
Code Ninjas Denville teaches coding, game design and robotics to children ages 5 to 14.
The winners will be celebrated on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2026, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Rutherfurd Hall, 1686 County Road 517 in Hackettstown. The board has invited businesses, local officials, community members and media to attend.
