The nearest Peruvian restaurant we found, on North Beverwyck Road in Parsippany. Order the rotisserie chicken (pollo a la brasa), lomo saltado or ceviche, or go big with the Barco Parrillero, a seafood and grill platter of arroz con mariscos, jalea, ceviche, mussels, a mixed grill and a whole rotisserie chicken. The company opened its first restaurant in 2011.

When the company closed other locations, an owner told TAPinto it planned to keep Denville open because Denville did really well.
