The Morris Plains Farmers Market opens its 24th season on Saturday, June 13, 2026, giving Denville readers an easy weekend stop for local produce just a short drive away.
The market runs every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through October 10, with no market on Saturday, July 4. A special Winter Market follows on Saturday, November 21.
Stalls set up at the Morris Plains Merchant Block, 738 Speedwell Avenue. Shoppers will find fresh farm produce, baked treats and specialty foods, handcrafted items from local artisans, live entertainment, and activities for kids. The vendor mix changes week to week, and the market posts lineups ahead of each Saturday on Instagram at @farmersmarketmorrisplains.
The market is sponsored by Provident Bank and supported by the Morris Plains Mayor and Council, with entertainment sponsored by Weichert Realtors. The borough also runs the market in partnership with Downtown Morris Plains, folding local businesses and organizations into each market day.
For Denville residents, Morris Plains sits roughly a 10 minute drive south, and the Saturday morning window makes the market a simple add-on to weekend errands. Full details and vendor applications are on the borough’s Farmers Market page.
